Oh yum!  Do you like Lemon Drops?   Sweet and Lemony with a hint of tartness.   This creamed honey is amazing in your tea, add it to a shot of Whisky to help treat a cold - my grandma always said “whiskey, lemon and honey, best medicine to treat a cold.”   I am not saying it is true, but grandma did ?.  

This Lemon Creamed Honey is very good as a topping for your sugar cookies, on sweet bread and drizzled on top of poppy seed muffins.

Suggested Storage:  There really is no way to predict the product shelf life as it is highly variable, dependent upon your storage conditions.  We recommend storing our Creamed Honey in cool, dry environments for a softer and smoother texture.  Our Creamed Honey may also be stored in a refrigerator for a more firm and butter-like texture spread.  Most industry standards for honey products, when stored in optimal conditions, are set at 18 months from the date of packaging.
